The Motion for Approval of Individual PAGA Settlement is GRANTED. The Court approves $1,000 for PAGA penalties for only the individual component of Plaintiff’s PAGA claims with $750 to the LWDA and $250 to Plaintiff.

The proposed Order will be entered separately, and Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA, and file a proof of service.
