Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed with the Court, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following:

$ 7,000.00 for Plaintiff’s Enhancement; 

$ 316,360.00 for Attorney’s Fees, which is 1/3 of the gross settlement amount;

$ $19,312.53 for Litigation costs [reduced $60.38 for postage in accordance with Code Civ. Proc. § 1033.5(b)(3)]; 

$ 33,000.00 for Settlement Administrator’s Fees and Costs; and

$ 100,000 total PAGA penalties allocated as follows:

$ 75,000.00 to the LWDA and $25,000.00 to the aggrieved employees.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA, and file a proof of service.
