Having considered the papers filed in connection with the unopposed Motion to Approval Proposition 65 Settlement and Stipulated Consent Judgment, and all supplemental papers, the Court GRANTS the motion as follows:

$2,850 total penalties with $2,137.50, or 75% going to the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) and $712.50, or 25% going to Plaintiff; and

$25,260 total for attorney fees and litigation costs to Plaintiff.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the Attorney General and to file a proof of service.
