Plaintiffs Justine Anderson, Adam DeMichele, Christine DeMichele, Vance Raine (minor), Cheryl Dean, Robert Ikehorn, Gerald Jeras Ikehorn, Lindzee Bracho, Melinda Michaleryda, Michael Sayegh, Michelle Stotler, Randall Stotler, Tonda Wilkinson, Charles Jay Leonard, Mark Nadeski, Catherine Duboc, and Ann Amogida (collectively, Plaintiffs) seek to compel the depositions of third-party witnesses, Jose Alas and Hector Raudales (collectively, Deponents). However, Plaintiffs have not filed proofs of service showing that either Deponent received notice of these Motions. 

The Motions are CONTINUED to June 8, 2023. Plaintiffs may file supplemental papers, at least 5 court days prior to the continued hearing, demonstrating service on Deponents.
