Having considered the papers filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval of $175,000 Class and PAGA Action Settlement, the motion is GRANTED, as follows:

$ 5,000.00 for Plaintiff’s Enhancement; 

$ 58,333.33 for Attorney’s Fees;

$ $2,487.00 for Litigation costs (reduced for postage which is not allowed under CCP § 1033.5(b)(3)); 

$ 5,955.00 for Settlement Administrator’s Fees and Costs; and

$ 20,000 total PAGA penalties ($ 15,000.00 to the LWDA and $5,000.00 to the aggrieved employees).

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA and to file a proof of service within 5 days.
