Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval of $1,290,000 Class and PAGA Action Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion as follows:

$5,000 for Plaintiff’s enhancement;

$422,470 for attorney fees;

$12,463.95 for litigation costs (excluding items for mail per CCP § 1033.5(b)(3));

$20,000 for settlement administrator fees and costs; and

$50,000 total PAGA penalties with $37,500 for the LWDA’s share and $12,500 for the aggrieved employees.

Regarding the attorney fees, the Court reduced the lodestar by 10% to account for excessive and/or duplicative work, and then applied a 1.5 multiplier to arrive at attorney fees reasonable under the circumstances presented here.

Plaintiff is ordered to submit a revised proposed Order within 5 court days that identifies by name the Class members who requested to be excluded from the Settlement and includes a provision that the Judgment will be posted on the Settlement Administrator’s website for at least 180 days.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA and file a proof of service.
