The Court having considered all papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motions to Be Relieved as Counsel for Defendants/Cross-Complainants Global Restaurant Group, Inc., The Oyster Bar #101, LLC, The Oyster Bar #102, LLC, The Oyster Bar #103, LLC, and The Promethian Group, Inc. (collectively, Defendants) by Juan D. Garcia, Esq. of Garcia & Phan, APLC, the motions are granted.

The Court will separately enter the proposed Orders (ROA 634-638), which will be effective only upon the filing of proof of service of the signed order upon the client.
