The unopposed applications of Defendant and Cross-Complainant Manamed, Inc. to have attorneys Robert E. Boston, Andrew A. Warth, John E. Haubenreich and Taylor J. Askew admitted pro hac vice to represent it in this action are granted.  The applicant has complied with CRC Rule 9.40.

If the attorneys remain counsel for applicant on the anniversary of the date these applications are granted, they must pay an annual renewal fee of $500 for each year that they maintain pro hac vice status in this case, pursuant to Gov. Code §70617(e)(2).

The applicant is ordered to give notice of the ruling unless notice is waived.
