Judge: Randall J. Sherman, Case: 2017-00899039, Date: 2023-08-11 Tentative Ruling

Plaintiffs have failed to file any documents updating the court as to the status of the settlement payments and distributions.  The tentative ruling is to continue the Interim Final Report Hearing to September 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., to confirm that defendant timely paid all of the settlement installment payments by the projected date of June 17, 2023, and that the administrator has completed the required distributions in accordance with the court’s August 2, 2019 Order.  A new declaration from the Administrator, which must also include the check-cashing deadline, must be filed at least 16 days before the next hearing date.

Plaintiffs are ordered to give notice of the ruling to defense counsel unless notice is waived.
