The tentative ruling is to continue the Final Report Hearing to December 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.  Plaintiff has not filed any documents whatsoever to show whether the Administrator’s work is complete, and whether the court’s file may be closed.  Plaintiff’s counsel is ordered to file all supporting papers at least 16 days before the Final Report Hearing date.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice to defense counsel unless notice is waived.
