Defendants SLS Lender Manager, LLC, American Dream Fund, LLC, and George Ekins, VI’s unopposed Petition to Confirm Contractual Arbitration Award is granted.  The ADR Review Hearing set for today is ordered off calendar.

The Petition to Confirm Contractual Arbitration Award meets all applicable procedural requirements, is unopposed, and should be granted.  CCP §1286.  The August 20, 2021 arbitration award requiring plaintiffs Tao Han, Xin Zhang, Jing Zhang, Zanwen Wei, Guofeng Yu, Ling Mao, Junxia Wang, Mei Lin, Yong Lu, and Dong Xia to pay defendants $11,960.00 is confirmed.  The court will enter judgment for defendants on all of plaintiffs’ claims in this action.  Defendants also are entitled to an award of prejudgment interest from the date of the arbitration award through entry of judgment, pursuant to Civil Code §3287.  Tenzera, Inc. v. Osterman (2012) 205 Cal. App. 4th 16, 21; County of Solano v. Lionsgate Corp. (2005) 126 Cal. App. 4th 741, 753.  Defendants should submit a proposed Judgment within 15 days.

Defendants are ordered to give notice of the ruling.
