In light of the settlement of the case of Gonzalez vs. Advanced Dynamic Solutions, Inc., Case No. 2020-01134590, being fully funded and distributed, the court sets an Order to Show Cause why this case should not be dismissed.  The hearing is set for June 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.  Any response to the OSC must be filed at least ten days before the hearing, by June 13, 2023.
