The tentative ruling is to continue the Final Report Hearing to August 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., for final figures as to the number and amount of uncashed checks after expiration of the check-cashing deadline on December 7, 2022, and for confirmation that the amount of the uncashed checks has been delivered to the State Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund in the names of the applicable payees, or if the funds have not yet been delivered, an estimate of when that is expected to occur.  A declaration from the Administrator must be filed at least 16 days before the new hearing date.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice to defense counsel unless such notice is waived.
