Judge: Randall J. Sherman, Case: 2018-01005614, Date: 2022-08-26 Tentative Ruling

The tentative ruling is to continue the Final Report Hearing to December 9, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., for confirmation that either the amount of the uncashed checks has been delivered to the State Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund in the names of the applicable payees, or that the necessary paperwork to report the unclaimed funds has been sent to the State Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund in the names of the applicable payees, and if the funds have not yet been delivered, an estimate of when that is expected to occur.  A declaration from the Administrator must be filed at least 16 days before the new hearing date.

Plaintiffs are ordered to give notice to defense counsel unless notice is waived.
