The tentative ruling as to today’s Status Conference is to set a hearing on an Order to Show Cause why the court should not impose monetary sanctions against all counsel for failing to comply with this court’s orders of July 9, 2021 and April 8, 2022 to file in this Hamadah case a copy of the Order Granting Final Approval of Class Action Settlement that was entered in the Tran case on July 9, 2021.  The hearing is set for February 3, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.  Any written response to the OSC must be filed at least a week before the hearing.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of the ruling to defense counsel unless notice is waived.
