The tentative ruling is to continue the Final Report Hearing to October 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.  Plaintiff has not filed any documents whatsoever to show whether the Administrator’s work is complete, and whether the court’s file may be closed.  Plaintiff’s counsel is ordered to file all supporting papers at least 16 days before the Final Report Hearing date.

The court also issues an Order to Show Cause why the court should not impose monetary sanctions against plaintiff’s counsel for failing to comply with the court’s order of November 12, 2021 to file all supporting papers at least 16 days before the Final Report Hearing date.  The hearing is set for October 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.  Any written response to the OSC must be filed at least a week before the hearing.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice to defense counsel unless notice is waived.
