The unopposed applications of defendant Driveline Retail Merchandising, Inc. to have attorneys Kathryn D. Terry and Lauren B. Hanna admitted pro hac vice to represent it in this action are granted.  Defendant has complied with CRC Rule 9.40.

If the attorneys remain counsel for defendant on the anniversary of the date these applications are granted, they must pay an annual renewal fee of $500 for each year that they maintain pro hac vice status in this case, pursuant to Gov. Code §70617(e)(2).

Defendant is ordered to give notice of the ruling unless notice is waived.
