Based on the administrator’s declaration, the tentative ruling is to set the next Interim Final Report Hearing for June 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., for confirmation that the amount of the uncashed checks from the first installment payment has been delivered to the State Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund in the names of the applicable payees, and for final figures as to the number and amount of uncashed checks from the second installment payment after expiration of that check-cashing deadline, and an estimate of when the amount of the uncashed checks from the second installment payment will be delivered to the State Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund in the names of the applicable payees.  An updated report from the Administrator and/or plaintiff’s counsel must be filed at least 16 days before the next hearing date.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice to defense counsel unless such notice is waived.
