Unless plaintiff files a supplemental declaration from the Administrator before the hearing, confirming that Simpluris sent the uncashed funds to the State of California Unclaimed Property Fund in the names of the applicable payees by the intended date of November 18, 2022, or did so at some later date, the tentative ruling will be to continue the Final Report Hearing to December 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for such confirmation.  A declaration from the Administrator must be filed at least 10 days before the new hearing date.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of the ruling to defense counsel unless notice is waived.
