Judge: Randall J. Sherman, Case: 2020-01168930, Date: 2022-08-12 Tentative Ruling

The unopposed applications of Specially Appearing Defendants and Cross-Defendants AmerisourceBergen Corporation, AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation, ASD Specialty Healthcare, LLC as successor-in-interest to American Medical Distributors, Inc., Bellco Drug Corporation, Bellco Health Corporation, MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc., and PharMEDium Services, LLC to have attorneys Courtney C.T. Horrigan and Dominic I. Rupprecht admitted pro hac vice to represent them in this action are granted.  The applicants have complied with CRC Rule 9.40.

If the attorneys remain counsel for applicants on the anniversary of the date these applications are granted, they must pay an annual renewal fee of $500 for each year that they maintain pro hac vice status in this case, pursuant to Gov. Code §70617(e)(2).

The applicants are ordered to give notice of the ruling.
