The unopposed Motion to Continue Pending Action by Decedent Joshua Ogle’s Successors in Interest, filed by Porcelain Ogle, Wolf Ogle, Lion Ogle and Brooklyn Ogle, as successors in interest to plaintiff Joshua Ogle, by and through their guardian ad litem Tiffany Ogle, is granted.

The moving parties have complied with the requirements of CCP §§377.31 and 377.32.

Plaintiffs are ordered to give notice of the ruling unless notice is waived.
