Defendant St. John Knits, Inc.’s unopposed Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending the United States Supreme Court Decision in Viking River Cruises, inc. v. Moriana is granted.  The court orders this action stayed until the ruling on a motion by defendant to compel arbitration, as long as defendant files its motion within 30 days of this ruling.  If defendant fails to file the motion within 30 days of this ruling, then the stay will be considered vacated.

The court sets a Status Conference for December 15, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.  A Joint Status Report must be filed at least a week before the hearing.

Defendant is ordered to give notice of the ruling unless notice is waived.
