The unopposed motion of Elan (Lonny) Osterman of Lawyers for Employee and Consumer Rights to be relieved as counsel of record for plaintiff Gloria Espinoza is granted.  Moving counsel has complied with the requirements of CRC Rule 3.1362.  The Order will be effective upon the filing of a proof of service showing service of a signed Order on plaintiff.

The court hereby sets an Order to Show Cause why plaintiff’s Complaint, which asserts only PAGA claims, should not be dismissed without prejudice due to plaintiff not having an attorney of record in this representative action.  The hearing is set for September 29, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., the date and time for the next Status Conference in this case.

Moving Counsel is ordered to give notice of the ruling.
