The unopposed motion of defendants Crossmark, Inc. and CHI Management Group, LP to have attorney Stephen E. Fox admitted pro hac vice to represent them in this action is granted.  Defendants have complied with CRC Rule 9.40.

If the attorney remains counsel for defendants on the anniversary of the date this application is granted, they must pay an annual renewal fee of $500 for each year that he maintains pro hac vice status in this case, pursuant to Gov. Code §70617(e)(2).

Defendants are ordered to give notice of the ruling unless notice is waived.
