Because plaintiff’s PAGA claims have now been added to the companion class action case, and no opposition or response to the Order to Show Cause why this case should not be dismissed in light of the settlement of the case of Servin vs. Abrazar, Inc., Case No. 2022-01250064, was filed at least a week before the hearing, or even later, the court dismisses this action without prejudice.
