Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion for an Order of Possession is granted.  Plaintiff has established all the elements required under CCP §1255.410 to take possession of the property before judgment is entered.

On the court’s own motion, the Status Conference set for January 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. is continued to January 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., when a motion in the case is set to be heard.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of the ruling.
