The applications of attorneys Peter Karanjia and Whitney Cloud to be admitted pro hac vice to represent defendant T-Mobile USA, Inc. in this action are granted.  The applicants have complied with CRC Rule 9.40.

If the attorneys remain counsel for defendant T-Mobile USA, Inc. on the anniversary of the date these applications are granted, they must pay an annual renewal fee of $500 for each year that they maintain pro hac vice status in this case, pursuant to Gov. Code §70617(e)(2).

Defendant T-Mobile USA, Inc. is ordered to give notice of the ruling.
