The tentative ruling is to continue the hearing on Defendant David Goldman’s Motion to Seal Confidential Portions of Declarations of Plaintiffs Leslie Lundin, Douglas T. Beiswenger, Robert Baird, and Matthew J. Fletcher and Plaintiffs’ Opposition Filed in Support of Opposition to Motion for Preliminary Injunction to October 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Defendant did not file a proof of service for his moving papers.  In addition, defendant’s points and authorities appear to make no attempt to justify the sealing of all the material identified in his notice of motion as the material he wants sealed.  Defendant must file both a proof of service and supplemental papers justifying the sealing of all the material he wants sealed.

On the court’s own motion, the Status Conference set for August 17, 2023 is continued to September 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (when a Demurrer and Motion to Strike are set).

Defendants are ordered to give notice unless notice is waived.
