RULING: GRANTED

On April 25, 2022, Plaintiff served Defendant with Requests for Admissions, Set One, by mail. The responses were due thirty-five (35) days later but, to date, no responses have been served upon Plaintiff. On June 24, 2022, Plaintiff served upon defense counsel a meet and confer letter, but defense counsel did not respond.

On July 26, 2022, Plaintiff filed this instant Motion to Deem Requests for Admissions Admitted. Defendant did not file an Opposition.

Under California Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion and orders that all matters specified in Plaintiff’s Requests for Admissions be deemed admitted.
