Defendants' motion to compel arbitration and stay is granted. Defendants demonstrate that plaintiff agreed to arbitrate "any dispute, claim, or controversy" and her agreement includes a clear and unmistakable delegation clause. (Davis Decl., Ex. M [Secs. 2(a)(1) and (a)(4)].) Plaintiff fails to show any defense to the delegation clause itself and therefore, the arbitrator shall decide whether plaintiff's claims fall within the ambit of the parties' arbitration agreement.
