TENTATIVE RULING: PLAINTIFFS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF CLASS SETTLEMENT will be granted if further information is satisfactorily provided.

The Court notes that it cannot find any declaration to support that '[t]he Settlement Administrator has documented $65,000 in fees and expenses.' The Court will approve the settlement if counsel can and does provide evidence of such fees and expenses. The Court directs counsel to proofread and modify the proposed order filed on August 21, 2023. Some notable needed changes are: filling in information where it states '[describe where attached or can be located]'; clarify the Class Representative Service Awards is $10,000 to each of the named Plaintiffs, which is a total of $30,000; the exact amount Settlement Administrator has and will incur; modify 'non- employees' to correctly state 'non-exempt employees'; and correct Judge Richard S. Whitney's name which appears as 'HON. RICHADR S.

WHITNEY.' Assuming the above is performed, a copy of an executed order will be available within a few days of a modified proposed order being provided to the Court.
