Defendant and Cross-Complainant Cindy Lynch ('Defendant') seeks to compel further responses from Plaintiff and Cross-Defendant Sterling Development Company ('Plaintiff') as to Form Interrogatory 17.1(b) as it relates to requests for admissions 1, 3-7, and 9-11. On January 29, 2024, Plaintiff supplemented and served further responses. The motion is moot. No sanctions are awarded. To the extent Defendant believes Plaintiff's supplemented responses are deficient, Defendant must meet and confer with Plaintiff before the Court would consider any motion to compel further responses as to Plaintiff's supplemented responses.
