TENTATIVE RULINGS:

(1) DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING CHRIS PANGALOS TO (1) RESPOND TO FORM INTERROGATORIES, SET NO. ONE AND SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES, SET ONE; AND (2) PAY COSTS AND SANCTIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,060.00 and (2) DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING TINA PANGALOS TO (1) RESPOND TO FORM INTERROGATORIES, SET NO. Failure to file any opposition to the motions indicates Plaintiffs CHRIS PANGALOS and TINA PANGALOS' ('Plaintiffs') acquiescence that the motions are meritorious. (Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, Inc. v. Pacific Healthcare Consultants (2007) 148 Cal.App.4th 390, 404.) The unopposed motions are granted.

Plaintiffs are ordered to provide verified responses, without objections, to Form Interrogatories, Set No.
