Judge: Richard Y. Lee, Case: 2021-01220068, Date: 2022-08-22 Tentative Ruling

Motion to Compel Further Responses to Form Interrogatories

Motion to Compel Further Responses to Special Interrogatories

Motion to Compel Further Responses to Request for Production of Documents

The Motion to Compel Further Responses to Form Interrogatories, Motion to Compel Further Responses to Special Interrogatories, Motion to Compel Further Responses to Request for Production of Documents are DENIED as moot.

Plaintiff Colleen Osborne moves to compel further responses from Defendant Lyft, Inc., to Form Interrogatories (Set One), Special Interrogatories (Set One), and RFPs (Set One).

On 06/17/2022, Defendant Lyft, Inc., served supplemental responses to each discovery request at issue. (See Sellers Decl. ΒΆ 6, Exhs. 1-3.)

Plaintiff argues in her reply that some of these supplemental responses are incomplete, evasive, and/or non-responsive.  However, a reply is not the appropriate document to present these issues.

To the extent Plaintiff contends the supplemental responses are deficient, Plaintiff must meet and confer and file a separate motion to compel further responses.

Defendant shall give notice of this ruling.
