Defendants Climatec LLC, Jason Lapa, and Andrew Fagan (collectively “Defendants”) filed the application of Andrew H. Stuart to appear as counsel pro hac vice on their behalf.

Defendants have submitted the verified application of counsel which complies fully with the California Rules of Court, Rule 9.40.

Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Application for Admission of Andrew H. Stuart pro hac vice.
