Plaintiff Employers Preferred Insurance Company (“Plaintiff”) filed its Notice of Motion and Motion for Order Applying Proceeds from Sale of Liquor License in Satisfaction of Judgment and Injunctive Relief in Aid of Receiver with a hearing date of August 18, 2022. It appears the Clerk of the Court continued this matter to September 1, 2022 as the hearing date is xxx’ed out and a new hearing date is listed in its place. The Court’s files do not indicate that Defendant/Judgment Debtor Sessions Sandwiches Newport Beach LLC and dba Sessions West Coast Deli was served with notice of this continued hearing date. And, in light of the lack of Opposition, the Court presumes that notice was not provided.

Accordingly, this matter is CONTINUED TO December 15, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Plaintiff is ORDERED to give Notice of the continued hearing date and to file proof of same with the Court at least 9-Court days prior to the new hearing date.
