Joseph R. Manning, Jr. and Babak Hashemi of Manning Law, APC (“Moving Attorneys”) move to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Daniel Acedo.

The motion is unopposed. Moving Attorneys have stated a basis for permissive withdrawal under Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.16. The motion satisfies the notice, declaration, and proposed order requirements of Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362.

The motion is GRANTED.

The order relieving counsel will be effective upon counsel filing proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the client and on all parties that have appeared in the case. (California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362(e).)

The Case Management Conference is continued to July 27, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.

Moving Attorneys shall give notice to all parties and Plaintiff and shall file proof of such service with the Court.
