Defendants Fred Edward Siegel and Siegel Living Trust move to compel Plaintiff Kenneth Salmacia to provide further responses to Defendants’ Special Interrogatories, Set Four, Nos. 40, 67, 74, 75, 103, 104, 107, 112, 113, 116, 117, 118, 119, and 120.

Plaintiff provided further responses on April 13, 2023 and May 2, 2023.  Accordingly, the Motion is MOOT.

Defendants’ request for sanctions is GRANTED in the requested amount of $900 .  (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2023.010, subd. (d) and 2030.300, subd. (d); Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1348, subd. (a).)
