DISCUSSION

            Applicant Dana R. Vogel requests an order permitting her to appear as counsel pro hac vice for plaintiffs Michael Model and Sohelia Model in this action.

            The court finds that the application substantially complies with the requirements of Rule 9.40.  The court therefore grants the application and orders that Dana R. Vogel is permitted to appear as counsel pro hac vice for plaintiffs Michael Model and Sohelia Model in this action.  (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 9.40, subd. (a).)

The court orders plaintiffs Michael Model and Sohelia Model to give notice of this order.
