RESPONDING PARTY:        Defendant FCA US, LLC

DISCUSSION

Plaintiffs Steven E. Falchetta and Tammy L. Bensing (“Plaintiffs”) move the court for an order compelling defendant FCA US LLC (“Defendant”) to provide further responses to Plaintiffs’ Request for Production of Documents, Set One, numbers 12, 40-49, 85-87, 92, and 98-100.

The court denies Plaintiffs’ motion to compel further responses to Requests for Production numbers 12 and 85-86 because Defendant’s October 5, 2022 further supplemental responses to these requests substantially comply with Code of Civil Procedure section 2031.230.

The court denies Plaintiffs’ motion to compel further responses to Requests for Production numbers 40, 41, 43, 44, 47, and 49 because Defendant’s October 5, 2022 supplemental responses to these requests substantially comply with Code of Civil Procedure section 2031.230.

The court denies Plaintiffs’ motion to compel further responses to Requests for Production numbers 42 and 45 because Defendant’s October 5, 2022 supplemental responses to these requests substantially comply with Code of Civil Procedure sections 2031.220 and 2031.230.

The court denies Plaintiffs’ motion to compel further responses to Requests for Production numbers 46 and 48 because Defendant’s October 5, 2022 supplemental responses to these requests substantially comply with Code of Civil Procedure section 2031.220.

The court denies Plaintiffs’ motion to compel further responses to Requests for Production numbers 87, 92, and 98-100 because Defendant’s October 5, 2022 further supplemental responses to these requests substantially comply with Code of Civil Procedure section 2031.220.

The court orders defendant FCA US LLC to give notice of this ruling.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
