DISCUSSION
Applicant Jennifer Battles requests an order permitting her to appear
as counsel pro hac vice for plaintiff Linda Agajanian Otey in this action.
The court finds that the application substantially complies with
California Rules of Court, rule 9.40. The
court therefore grants the application and orders that Jennifer Battles is
permitted to appear as counsel pro hac vice for plaintiff Linda Agajanian Otey
in this action.
The court orders plaintiff Linda
Agajanian Otey to give notice of this ruling.
