Application of Benjamin R. Joelson to Appear as Counsel Pro Hac Vice

The court considered the moving papers filed in connection with this application.  No opposition papers were filed.

Applicant Benjamin R. Joelson requests an order permitting him to appear as counsel pro hac vice for defendants RWF Holdings, Inc., Meir Levin, and Mark Mintz in this action.

The court finds that the application complies with the requirements of California Rules of Court, rule 9.40.  The court therefore grants the application and orders that Benjamin R. Joelson is permitted to appear as counsel pro hac vice for defendants RWF Holdings, Inc., Meir Levin, and Mark Mintz in this action.  (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 9.40, subd. (a).)
