Order RE: application of james ancone to appear as
counsel pro hac vice |
MOVING PARTY: Applicant
James Ancone
RESPONDING
PARTY: n/a
Application of James Ancone to Appear as
Counsel Pro Hac Vice
The court considered the moving papers filed in connection with the
application. No opposition to the application
was filed.
APPLICATION
OF JAMES ANCONE
Applicant James Ancone requests an order permitting him to appear as
counsel pro hac vice for plaintiff Forex Corp., d/b/a Wirecash in this action.
The court finds that the application substantially provides all
information required by California Rules of Court, rule 9.40, subdivisions (a)
and (d). The court notes that, while the
Proof of Service establishes that the State Bar of California was served with
this application, the applicant has not presented evidence showing that he paid
a reasonable fee not exceeding $50 to the State Bar of California with the copy
of this application. (Cal. Rules of Ct.,
rule 9.40, subd. (e).)
The court therefore grants the application and orders that (1)
applicant James Ancone is permitted to appear as counsel pro hac vice for
plaintiff Forex Express Corp., d/b/a Wirecash in this action, and (2) applicant
James Ancone shall pay to the State Bar of California a reasonable fee not to
exceed $50 within 20 days of the date of this order. (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 9.40, subds. (a), (e).
The court orders plaintiff
Forex Express Corp., d/b/a Wirecash to give notice of this order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
