DISCUSSION
Applicant Kimberly E. Carson moves the court for an order permitting
her to appear as counsel pro hac vice for defendants Lockton Companies,
LLC—Pacific Series, Lockton Investment Advisors, LLC, Lockton Investment
Securities, LLC, and Lockton Partners, LLC in this action.
The court finds that the application complies with the requirements of
California Rules of Court, rule 9.40.
The court therefore grants the application and orders that Kimberly E.
Carson may appear as counsel pro hac vice for defendants Lockton Companies,
LLC—Pacific Series, Lockton Investment Advisors, LLC, Lockton Investment
Securities, LLC, and Lockton Partners, LLC in this action. (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 9.40, subd. (a).)
The court orders defendants Lockton Companies, LLC—Pacific Series,
Lockton Investment Advisors, LLC, Lockton Investment Securities, LLC, and
Lockton Partners, LLC to give notice of this ruling.
