Application of Andrew J. Alvarado to Appear as Counsel Pro Hac Vice
The court
considered the moving papers filed in connection with this application. No opposition papers were filed.
DISCUSSION
Applicant Andrew J. Alvarado requests an order permitting him to
appear as counsel pro hac vice for defendants Loanguys.com, Inc., Legions
Capital, Inc., Joshua Nouri (erroneously sued as Josh Nuori), Isaac Nouri
(erroneously sued as Isaac Nuori), and Ben Levy, in this action.
The court finds that the application substantially complies with
California Rules of Court, rule 9.40. The court therefore grants the application and
orders that Andrew J. Alvarado is permitted to appear as counsel pro hac vice
for defendants Loanguys.com, Inc., Legions Capital, Inc., Joshua Nouri
(erroneously sued as Josh Nuori), Isaac Nouri (erroneously sued as Isaac
Nuori), and Ben Levy in this action.

The court orders defendants Loanguys.com, Inc., Legions Capital, Inc.,
Joshua Nouri (erroneously sued as Josh Nuori), Isaac Nouri (erroneously sued as
