Applicant Wayne L. Robbins,
Jr. requests an order permitting him to appear as counsel pro hac vice for
defendants Lotte Global Logistics (North America), Inc., Isaac Jackson, and
Enrique Vergara in this action.
The court finds that the
application complies with the requirements of California Rules of Court, rule
9.40. The court therefore grants the
application and orders that Wayne L. Robbins, Jr. is permitted to appear as
counsel pro hac vice for defendants Lotte Global Logistics (North America),
Inc., Isaac Jackson, and Enrique Vergara in this action. (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 9.40, subd.
