The court considered the moving papers filed in connection with this application.  No opposition papers were filed.

DISCUSSION

Applicant Carol A. Svolos requests an order permitting her to appear as counsel pro hac vice for defendant Sound Inpatient Physicians, Inc. in this action. 

The court finds that the application substantially complies with California Rules of Court, rule 9.40.  The court therefore grants the application and orders that Carol A. Svolos is permitted to appear as counsel pro hac vice for defendant Sound Inpatient Physicians, Inc. in this action.  (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 9.40, subd. (a).)

 

The court orders defendant Sound Inpatient Physicians, Inc. to give notice of this ruling.
