Application of Brandon T. Brown to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice
The court
considered the moving papers filed in connection with this application. No opposition papers were filed.
DISCUSSION
Applicant Brandon T. Brown requests an order permitting him to appear
as counsel pro hac vice for plaintiffs AIG Specialty Insurance Company, as
subrogee of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., and Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., in
this action.
The court finds that the application substantially complies with
California Rules of Court, rule 9.40.
The court therefore grants the application and orders that Brandon T.
Brown is permitted to appear as counsel pro hac vice for plaintiffs AIG
Specialty Insurance Company, as subrogee of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., and
Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., in this action.

The court orders plaintiffs AIG Specialty Insurance Company, as
subrogee of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., and Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. to
give notice of this ruling.
