The court grants American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 3299’s ex parte application for leave to intervene.  The court orders that American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 3299 is permitted to intervene in this action to join plaintiff Public Employment Relations Board in claiming the relief sought by the complaint.  (Code Civ.
