The court grants American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 3299’s ex parte application for leave to intervene.  The court orders that American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 3299 is permitted to intervene in this action to join plaintiff Public Employment Relations Board in claiming the relief sought by the complaint.  (Code Civ. Proc., § 387, subd. (d).)

The court orders American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 3299 to file its complaint in intervention, in the form lodged on April 29, 2025 (omitting the term “[Proposed]” in the caption) no later than five days from the date of this order.

The court orders American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 3299 (1) to serve a copy of this order on the parties to this action, and (2) to serve its complaint in intervention on the parties to this action, in the manner required by Code of Civil Procedure section 387, subdivision (e)(2).
