Civil - Unlimited  Breach of Contract/Warranty Motion Hearing (Civil) 37-2020-00008514-CU-BC-CTL BAINBRIDGE CAPITAL INC VS VOLT MANAGEMENT CORP [IMAGED] CAUSAL DOCUMENT/DATE FILED: Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record, 04/09/2024

Attorney Gilleon's unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Cross-Complainant Carissa Clark (ROA 436) is GRANTED.

Attorney Gilleon is directed to e-file an updated, completed revised proposed order (Judicial Council Form MC-053) for the court's signature, including identifying the persons appearing at the hearing, within five (5) days. 'The [proposed] order must specify all hearing dates scheduled in the action or proceeding, including the date of trial....' (Cal. R. Court, Rule 3.1362(e).) The court also notes that Attorney Gilleon submitted papers, including a proposed order, that replaces some of the standard text in the forms. The revised proposed order is to indicate with strikethrough text where Attorney Gilleon is replacing any words in form MC-053 so that such changes are apparent.

Once the court has signed the order, Attorney Gilleon is ordered to serve a copy of the signed order on Ms. Clark, and on all other parties, and to promptly file a proof of service of the signed order with the court.
